The Maine Department of Transportation has issued a traffic alert that may impact your travel plans tomorrow.
What鈥檚 Happening:
罢丑别听Casco Bay Bridge听will be听closed to southbound traffic (Portland to South Portland)听蹿谤辞尘听9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10听for emergency repair work. This closure is necessary to replace a barricade damaged by a vehicle on Monday, Dec. 9.
Alternate Route:
During the closure, officials ask commuters to use the听Veterans Memorial Bridge听as an alternate route. Allow extra travel time and expect potential delays to the SMCC So. Portland Campus.
